Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully before booking an appointment with us.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service fee at the time of your visit.

• You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time, without losing your deposit.

• You can reschedule your appointment only once with the same deposit. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will loss your deposit and need a new NEW deposit will be required to book another appointment.

• We understand that sometimes you may be running late due to unforeseen circumstances. However, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered as a no-show. You will lose your deposit and not be able to reschedule your appointment with the same deposit.

• If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will lose your deposit and not be able to reschedule your appointment with the same deposit.

• Each individual must book their appointment with their own deposit. Appointments cannot be combined or transferred, even if one person makes multiple appointments for different individuals. Each individual is considered as a separate appointment.

• You will have one month from the the date you submit your deposit to use it. This applies regardless of whether you reschedule your appointment or havent chosen a date yet. There will be no refunds or new scheduling allowed after this month has passed.
